Insurance
Insurance is added to all orders for lost merchandise and is purchased through the shipping agent. If your merchandise is lost, you may file a claim directly with the United States Post Office or UPS. Insurance is $1.50 per $.01-$50.00 increment of product price (example- $110.00 purchase price would be $4.50 for insurance)
Steve’s Meat Market assumes no liability for Meat Spoilage
Delivery
Steve’s Meat Market is not responsible for any package delivery. The Customer assumes liability at the point of shipping. It is the Customer’s responsibility and liability to arrange for someone to be present at the delivery address. If the items shipped are perishable, someone needs to be at the delivery address the day it is delivered so no spoilage occurs.
Steve’s Meat Market will only ship products within the United States.
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of when the order was placed.
